Advanced Certificate in Building Management
Building on our Certificate level qualification, the Pro-BMT Advanced Certificate in Building Management prepares a building management worker for everyday operation and general compliance associated with managing the common property of either a residential and/or mixed-use strata scheme, or commercial facility.

Diploma of Building Management
Building on our Advanced Certificate level qualification, the Pro-BMT Diploma of Building Management provides the ultimate in theoretical training with in-practice skills outcomes. Specifically tailored to suit Class 2-9 residential and mixed-use strata buildings, as well as commercial facilities. If you aspire to deliver high quality facilities management and/or Caretaking services, the PRO-BMT Diploma ensures each participant walks away with a site-specific Facilities Management Plan, tailored to the unique requirements of the subject building site - and in accordance with the ABMA Building Management Code©. The PRO-BMT Diploma of Building Management course prepares a building management worker for the duties and responsibilities associated with supervision and management of everyday operations - including general compliance - associated with managing the common property of a residential or mixed-use strata scheme and/or commercial building.

For professional building management compliance auditors seeking to gain employment as a consulting Compliance & Performance Assessor with ABMA Building Compliance Accreditation Limited (‘ABMA’), it is a pre-requisite that you have completed the Compliance & Performance Auditing workshop. All ABMA Accredited Compliance & Performance Assessors have completed this training so as to deliver principled auditing services in accordance with the ABMA Building Management Code©.
The Compliance & Performance Auditing course provides pre-requisite ‘Job-Ready’ qualifications to participants who aspire to deliver principled auditing services around regulatory compliance, the performance of caretakers and facilities managers under Agreements and WHS compliance.

ABMA Workshop: Facilities Management Plan Intense Training
This 3-day workshop equips attendees with skills to develop and implement the ABMA Facilities Management Plan template into a Class 2-9 residential strata, mixed-use or commercial building or community titles scheme. Attendees who are currently involved in the management of a commercial property or community titles scheme are able to complete the course with an ABMA compliant, site specific, Facilities Management Plan for their site property. This course is pre-requisite to Industry Practitioners seeking to become an ABMA Accredited Facilities Management Plan Consultant.
The ABMA Facilities Management Plan is compliant with the BCCM Act 2020 changes.
